Our Response
To Covid-19
BACKED BY 125 YEARS OF DISASTER RESPONSE
Hurricanes, floods, depressions, recessions, and even the H1N1 pandemic of 1918… Comporium Media Services is part of a 125-year-old organization that has seen – and survived – some of the worst disaster scenarios of the past century. We’re taking what we’ve learned from past ordeals and are applying to today’s pandemic.
We know that when we come together, we are stronger and more capable than any natural disaster – even when together means being at least 6 feet apart.
How Have We Changed?
What We’ve Done To Stay Safe
CHANGES AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICES
To ensure the health of our employees, we have put in place the following measures focused on slowing the spread of COVID-19:
- We have a strict travel policy and limited all non-essential travel for all of our employees.
- We have canceled or postponed all large meetings and employee gatherings.
- We have temporarily stopped client visits to our corporate offices.
- We are increasing the frequency of cleanings to our locations to help ensure that they are less of a risk for employees and customers that visit them.
- We are continually educating our team about proper sanitizing methods and ensuring that they have access to cleaning supplies while in the office.
- If an employee needs to be self-quarantined, we have policies in place for that too.
We know that when we come together, we are stronger and more capable than any natural disaster – even when together means being at least 6 feet apart.
CHANGES IN OUR APPROACH TO COMING TO THE OFFICE
All of our employees are being encouraged to work remotely as often as possible. Our team is used to working in the digital world. Because of that, they can work remotely and still meet the needs of our customers.
CHANGES IN OUR APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is an area where not a lot has changed.
- Our team is still available during normal business hours to connect with clients and discuss projects and needs. If you miss us then, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
- Most deliverables will see little to no delay as a result of our safeguards and changes.
- Our attention to detail and our commitment to our clients has not changed at all.
